Duluth, MN (KDAL) - In Wisconsin it is going to end up in court. That is the prediction of several Badger State Lawmakers who are saying that whatever the Legislature does to reform the State's Mining regulations, someone is going to take the matter to court.
The comments came yesterday at a legislative luncheon in Madison. Wisconsin lawmakers are looking at two bills that would ease restrictions that could lead to a new taconite mine and processing plant in Ashland and Iron Counties.
