The Duluth Parks and Recreation Department plans to host its annual "Skate with the Bulldogs" party at Amsoil Arena on Sunday. The UMD Bulldog hockey team will be on hand between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. In addition to free cookies and music, DECC concession stands will be open. The skating party is free, but anyone under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are expected to bring their own skates.
