Cross, who appeared in Catfish: The TV Show, was apprehended by police early Sunday (27Jan13) morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI).

According to TMZ.com, Cross was driving too close to another vehicle and on the wrong side of the road. She posted $1,000 (£625) bond and was released shortly afterwards.

Cross was featured on MTV's Internet dating investigation series, in which she arranged to meet a man she befriended online, only to discover 'he' was the creation of a teenage girl named Chelsea.
