Duluth, MN (KDAL) - There was a short period of hope this week when it was announced that Verso Paper was selling its burned out paper mill in Sartell, Minnesota to AIM Development L-L-C.  Well that glimmer of hope has been dimmed when we learned Thursday morning that AIM Development of Montreal, Canada is not a developer, but a scrapper.  The company says it hopes to find new uses for the paper mill's buildings, but does not intend to operate a paper plant in Sartell.
