That ties for the 28th coolest spring on record. Spring also featured 10.79 inches of precipitation, making it the 14th wettest spring in the record books. The big story was snow, as Duluth got 76.6 inches compared to a normal of 20.5. That makes the spring season of 2013 the snowiest ever.
