DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Mayor Don Ness will go outside-the-box when he delivers his annual State of the City address Monday night via video. Ness will introduce the video at Clyde Iron Works at 5:30 p.m. It will air live on My9 (Northland News Center), and at www.Duluth2013.com following the presentation at Clyde. Continuing fallout from the June flood as well as economic development will likely be featured prominently in the speech.
