DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Less than a day after the Mayor presents his State of the City address, the Superintendent of Duluth Public Schools will talk about the state of the schools at the Play Ground Theatre in the Technology Village. Superintendent Bill Gronseth will be the primary speaker at the forum, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  He plans to focus on budgets, a possible referendum and the Think Kids initiative. The public is invited to attend the event, put on by the Chamber of Commerce and the Duluth News Tribune.
