DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The water will continue to flow on Park Point this week. The City of Duluth has decided to postpone planned hydrant replacements on Thursday that would have required the shut-off of water for several hours. The hydrants will be replaced later this spring and the city will inform residents when the new date is selected.
