DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Audra Flanagan has been selected to serve as Duluth's Manager of Human Resources, Healthcare and Safety.  Flanagan was the Wing Executive Officer for the 148th FIghter Wing in Duluth and most recently Director of Personnel at the Air Guard Base.  The city's Chief Administrative Officer, David Montgomery, says Ms. Flanagan will play a critical role in the organization by hiring and retaining good employees, providing competitive benefits and maintaining compliance with human resource laws.  She begins her duties with the city on March 20th.
