SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Tower Avenue between Belknap Street and North 3rd Street will be totally reconstructed beginning in mid April and will be closed for about six months.  Businesses affected by that project will meet to get details about it and have their questions answered on Tuesday at 7:30 a-m and again at noon.  The meetings are being held in the Lake Superior Room of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation building at 1701 North 4th Street.  The street reconstruction will include utility improvements and a new pedestrian friendly street-scape.
