DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Although it may be modified again in the future, the Duluth CIty Council passed a new ordinance regulating signs in the city.  The action also lifts a moratorium that was placed on new signs while the new regulations were discussed.  The City Council also voted in favor of a resolution that urges the administration to follow the LEED initiative in new construction.
