UNDATED (KDAL) - When it comes to rental housing, a new report shows that Minnesota has the least affordable rental housing in the midwest for minimum wage earners.  The Minnesota Housing Partnership study shows an individual making the federal minimum wage of 7.25 an hour would have to work 89 hours a week to afford a modest two bedroom apartment.  The average cost of such an apartment in Minnesota is 836 dollars a month.
