Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Duluth State Representative Simonson reacted favorably to the new budget proposal released yesterday by Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton. The junior lawmaker said he was pleased the the Governor's balanced approach to the state's fiscal needs. Both men are Democrats.
