UNDATED (KDAL) - After steadily increasing prices at the pump since the first of the year, gas prices have started going the other direction.  According to AAA Minnesota, the statewide average for regular unleaded is now 3.59 a gallon, a 15 cent drop from last month.  Prices are as low as 3.42 at some Twin Cities area stations.  In Duluth, gas prices range from 3.69 to 3.75 a gallon.  The nationwide average price for gasoline is now 3.66.
