DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Grandma's Marathon is only 3 months away and if you're training for the event, you won't want to miss the pre-race seminar "Gearing Up For Grandma's" on Saturday morning.  Featured speaker is Michelle Frey, the third place finisher in the USA Half Marathon Championships held in Duluth last year.  Other presenters include Dr. Ben Nelson, the Grandma's Marathon Medical Director and Registered Dietitian  Heather Pitschka.  The free event is from 9 to 11 a-m at Essentia Health's First Street Building in Duluth.
