UNDATED (KDAL) - Statewide numbers continue to show growth in the Minnesota housing market as the latest housing report from the Minnesota Association of Realtors is released. The median price of a home in the state has increased by 14.2 percent over a year ago and homeowners are receiving 91.9 percent of their original list price as the sales prices trend upward. A low inventory also helps drive the prices up. Statewide new listings are down 15.2 percent while in the Arrowhead Region they are down 21.1 percent from the same time last year.
