Duluth, MN (KDAL) - At Thursday Night's City Council Agenda Session Councilors debated an ordinance that would change the way the city sells off excess land.  Currently land sales are approved by the Council, sold to the public and then the sales deal goes back to the council for another vote.

Councilor Dan Hartman proposes simply approving the sale and then selling the land.  Councilors will vote on the new plan Monday.
