Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Warmer temperatures are in the forecast. KDAL Chief Meteorologist Tony Schumacher says for the first time in days the high temperature today should reach above zero. While lows will fall back tonight into the double digits below zero, we should see highs Thursday in the lower teens above zero. Over the weekend temperatures are forecast to flirt with the freezing mark. While a cool down is in the forecast early next week--highs are still expected in the mid 20s. The northland, like much of the country over the past several days, has been locked in a polar vortex.
