ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton on Friday signed a bill that will cut taxes for the middle class and businesses by 509 million dollars.  The cuts take effect during the current tax filing season and the Department of Revenue is working with tax preparers and online tax services to update software for the 1.4 million state residents who haven't filed yet.  For those who have already filed, the state will be reviewing each return to determine what adjustments need to be made.
