ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - In his annual State of the State Address, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton would like to see an increase in spending for education and roads in the state. Dayton also defended the state's MnSure health insurance exchange saying that it has exceeded enrollment goals after a problematic launch. The governor also thanked outgoing Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon for her service to the people of Minnesota. As expected, reaction to the speech fell along party lines with Democrats praising it and Republicans blasting it.
