DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The 148th Fighter Wing based in Duluth is conducting Close Air Support training over the next two weeks.
The 148th will integrate with Special Operation Forces for the realistic training to support ground forces, which includes night flying.
Residents near the Duluth airport and across northern Minnesota may hear takeoffs, flying and landings during evening hours through November 4th.
All the F-16’s will be back on the ground by 10 p-m each night.
