DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A shortage of bus drivers to replace those who have left or retired has prompted the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) to pause two routes.
Route 5, that runs between western Duluth and the Miller Mall area, and the Port Town Trolley serving the downtown and waterfront area will be paused on Sunday until further notice.
The pausing of Route 5 will impact several other connected services as well.
Those interested in current openings for bus operators and other positions at the DTA can go online at duluthtransit.com to get more information.
