MORCOM TOWNSHIP, MN (KDAL) – A 55 year old Twin Cities area woman was killed in a snowmobile crash about 30 miles north of Hibbing on Saturday afternoon.
The accident occurred on the Bearskin Trail in Morcom Township.
The victim lost control of the snowmobile while navigating a turn and crashed into a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene and the accident is under investigation by the Midwest Medical Examiners Office and the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department.
The Sheriff’s Department has identified the victim as Albertville resident Nancy Leann Grieman.
