DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Rice Lake Road in Duluth will be closed to through traffic between Central Entrance and the Arrowhead Road starting Monday.
The closure is expected to last through August 20th with a detour using the Arrowhead Road, Arlington Avenue and Central Entrance.
Crews will be replacing a culvert as well as some milling and paving during the project.
Residents will always have access to their property but delays should be expected.
