Meet Captain Hawk!
Hawk is a 2-year-old DSH orange and white guy. He loves humans, treats, pets, and attention. He also likes to lay on his back and sprawl out! Looking for a new best friend who will be your side kick? Captain Hawk is ready to join you!
He is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
If you’d like to meet an animal, please give us a call at (218) 254-3300 and we can arrange a meet and greet. You must wear a mask when entering the shelter. Potential adopters must provide Precious Paws with two references (no friends or family please) and pass a background check before they’ll proceed with any adoption

Meet Zelda!
She’s a 1 1/2-year-old DSH who’s up to date on vaccines and has been spayed. She’s great with people and loves to be held. She doesn’t seem to like other cats, and is unsure about dogs.
If you would like to meet her, please stop by the Mesabi Humane Society shelter Tuesday through Sunday from noon-5pm.
